Application:Safe-processing secondary accelerator. Can be used as primary in latex. High resistance to hydrolysis, low solubility in rubbers. Fast at higher vulcanisation temperatures. It has longest anti-scorching capability in the dithiocarbamates. Recognised to have low nitrosamine potential Used in sheeting, extrusions and latex. Used in NR, IIR, SBR, and EPDM. Its low temperature curing activity, alternative ZDBC, ZDEC, PZ such use, and improved operational safety, especially prominent is that the product does not produce carcinogenic nitrosamines in rubber processing. This product can also as thiazole accelerators excellent agent. the FDA, with the amount of zinc oxide and sulfur general, fatty acids can not be used and it can be directly added to plastic materials, can also be made of plastic material dispersion added.
