Widely be used in polyurethane, polyester, polyether, and other single-density PU shiny s h o e soles. Explain Use of SilibaseRA-4111 PU S h o e Sole Release Agents: ● Mold temperature higher than 30 degrees before use release agent. ● The concentrate liquid needs to be diluted, is sprayed evenly onto the mold. ● Recommend use a small-caliber gun, air pressure is greater than 0.3Mpa. ● Adjust spray gun until the discharged liquid to be missed. ● Spray once release agent every time of continuous product demoulding.
