Boiling point: the temperature of 176-178 °C.



Refractive index: 1.484-1.492.



Flash point: 56-57 °C.



Solubility: insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol, ether, chloroform. With the majority of spices.



Aroma: Grass incense, flowers with orange oil flavor.



Stability: for the CIS and trans isomers of compounds in the air, easy polymerization or resin, not for long, can add BHT inhibition.
