JRC400 400 centigrade degree JRC600 600 centigrade degree JRC800 800 centigrade degree JRCL 800-1300 centigrade degree Property: 1. Temperature resistance, up to 1300 centigrade degree. 2. Anti-aging, it could increase the metal life time. 3. Thermal shield. 4. Coated it on the metal, protect metal from pollute. 5. Anticorrosion. 6. Hydrophilic. Application: 1. Used for stone materials, such as marble, to improve the strength and wear-resistance. 2. Used for organic glass, PC, PP and polystyrene to increase the light transmittance. As protection coating on the surface of plane glass, car glass, sun glass, optical instrument and Electronic instrument screen etc. 3. Used as a cover coating of the metal product. 4. Used as insulation coating in some electronic and electrical components, such as high-frequency coil. 5. Widely used in plastics and rubber fields. Process methods: Treatment- Mixing paint-Curing- Coat- Standing-Drying *Treatment Metal: Sand blasting, or polishing to remove the rust and oxidation film. Other material: degreasing, keep the surface clean. (suggest alcohol) *Coat: Spray coating or roller coating, control the coating within 5-15um. (spray coating about 15 m2/kg, brush coating about 20 m2/kg) * Solidify condition: room temperature, or 100degree C/60mins, or 180degree C/30mins. Questions and Answers: 1. Reasons for have not a strong adhesion property. (1) There is some greasy dirt or other residue on the surface. Before coat, must keep the surface clean. (2) The surface is too smooth, must be polished. (3) Drying time is too short after coated. 2. Why is the strength and hardness not very well. It is not dry completely. 3. Why is there bubble on the surface. Shouldn’t dry it after coat, the high temperature would cause bubble. Must keep a standing time for about 10 minutes. Package: 6kg /barrel, 25kg/barrel |
