Quantity: 1000Metric Tons Payment Method: T/T, L/C General Introduction: Electrostatic flocking water based rubber paste W750/W750-1 is Eco-friendly water based rubber paste specially used for fabric screen printing and electrostatic flocking combination process with very good printing and flocking effect. Zhongrun & CLT W750 electrostatic flocking water based screen printing rubber paste can be both suitable for manual table printing and machine printing(eg. oval automatic screen printing machine, carousal printing machine. etc). Advantages: ★ Good hand feeling, good fastness, high stick, nice printing design. ★ Good performance, can pass 2-hour 60℃washing test at lest twice. ★ Good performance on printing result, easy to operate, low production cost. Printing and Flocking Process: a) Direct print electrostatic flocking water based rubber paste 2~3 times (80-100 meshes printing is recommended) b) Electrostatic flocking c) Dry naturally for 8~24 hours d) Cure at 150℃-160℃ for 2 minutes by conveyor dryer. e) It can pass the washing test at two times in 60℃'s water wash about two hours.
