Product Introduction Calcium lignosulfonate water reducer is a natural polymer anionic surfactant.It has reliable performance and good compatibility with other chemicals. It can be formulated into early strength agent, retarder, antifreeze, pumping agent, etc. It is suitable for various concrete projects such as construction, dams, and highways. 2. How To Use The recommended dosage of calcium lignosulfonate water-reducing agent in concrete is 0.2-0.3% (based on cement). The user should determine the optimal dosage through experiments.The calcium lignosulfonate water-reducing agent can be used as a solution, or it can be added to the mixer at the same time with cement and aggregate to extend the mixing time. 3. Matters Needing Attention When using calcium lignosulfonate water-reducing agent, strictly control the amount of blending. When the temperature is lower than 5ºC, it is not suitable to use calcium lignosulfonate water-reducing agent alone in general concrete engineering.In steam-cured concrete, please determine the dosage through experiments.Calcium lignosulfonate water reducing agent is not suitable for cement with gypsum regulator. Not soluble in ethanol, acetone, and other common organic solvents. 5. Aqueous solution as brown to black, colloid properties, solution viscosity increased with the increase of concentration. 6. Lignin sulfonate on the reduction of interface between the liquid surface tension effect is small, and can not reduce the surface tension of the water or micelle formation, its dispersion effect mainly rely on substrate adsorption desorption and charge generated. |
