  Detailed Description: Cas No. :16642-92-5 4-Trifluoromethyl cinnamic acid is an organic synthesis intermediate. It is a kind of fine chemical intermediate containing fluorine. It is not only a side chain modifier of β2 lactam antibiotics, but also a raw material for synthesizing p-trifluoromethylstyrene, which is a polymer of trifluoromethylstyrene can be used to make liquid crystal materials. It can also be used as a catalyst for olefin polymerization with some transition metal compounds to obtain a crystalline and transparent polyolefin siloxane-grafted poly-p-trifluoromethylstyrene which can be used for coating a thermoplastic resin film, so that it has better smoothness, water drive, oil drive and viscosity resistance. In addition, it can also be used for preparing fungicides, surface treatment agents for electronic chemicals, etc.
4-Trifluoromethyl cinnamic acid is insoluble in water, but soluble in ethanol, ethyl acetate and other organic solvents. It is usually stored in a room temperature, sealed, protected from light, and ventilated and dry.
